What cleaning schedule do you accommodate ?
Monthly cleans so 12 cleans per year for regular customers on the round.

Do you do one off cleans ?
I do but sometimes there is a week or so wait when busy one off clean pricing starts at £12 and can be done out of my normal working area.
Do you clean 12 months of the year ?
Yes we clean 12 months of the year. This is to ensure your windows stay clean all year round.
Will I need to be home for you to clean my windows ?
No. We can contact you the day before to make you aware that we are due to clean your property in order leave the gate unlocked. Once we have finished we will post a payment slip through the letter box to let you know we have visited.
unfortunately its hard to accommodate people who need set times onto my round as it messes up the day.
Do you clean in the rain ?
Yes. The benefit of using the pure water fed pole method is that we can clean in light rain with no effect on the results and quality of our clean. however heavy rain I don't bother as always a rain 24 hour free guarantee if you think it has effected the clean on your windows feel free to message me and I will provide another clean free of charge.
What if I forgot to leave that gate open ?
That's no problem we would just clean the front and sides if possible and charge accordingly.
I am not sure about the water fed pole method?
We are so confident in our method that you are not obliged to pay until you are happy with the result. If there are any issues we will return and fix them for free.
with the pole method frames sills and doors get cleaned properly and provide a longer lasting clean.
is it normal water ?
Short answer no it is not , it has to me made by running threw a expensive 4040 ro system then 2 pre filters then finally the water run thru a di vessel and into a ibc tank to store the purified water ready for cleaning and transferring into the tank in the van which is professionally caged down and correctly insured unlike many!
as standard in Outwood the water out of our drinking tap is 260 parts per million it has to be 0 parts per million to leave a streak free shiny finish.
